Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Cubed Service, a parts and service workspace operated by ADD Designs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Cubed Service lets your team look up parts, run jobs, manage customers, and prepare quotes and invoices connected to Xero. Features available depend on your workspace and any active plan.

2. Early access

The product is opening to founding teams while monthly billing is being added. We may change included features, usage limits, or pricing with notice on the pricing page. Founding rates quoted to you in writing are held for the period we agree.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details, keep credentials secure, and ensure users on your workspace follow these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and no uploading of data you do not have rights to process.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of catalogue notes, jobs, customers, and files you store in the workspace. You grant us a licence to process that data to provide the service. Supplier catalogues and third-party price lists remain the property of those suppliers.

6. Billing

Paid plans, when enabled, are charged as described on the pricing page. Fees are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Xero remains your accounting ledger; we do not take customer payments on your behalf.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid balances, abuse, or material breach of these Terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for pricing or parts decisions made from catalogue data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
