Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ADD Designs (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information when you use Cubed Service.

1. What we collect

Account details (email, company), workspace content you store (jobs, customers, files, part notes), usage and billing data, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your workspace, connect optional services such as Xero, provide support, bill for plans, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

3. Processors

We use trusted infrastructure (for example Google Cloud / Firebase) to process data on our behalf. Content may leave South Africa when those processors operate abroad.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with processors who help run Cubed Service, with team members you invite, with Xero when you connect that integration, with Google Calendar when you connect that integration (job code, customer name, site address, and notes on dated jobs), and when required by law.

5. Retention

We keep workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for backups, disputes, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use industry-standard controls (encrypted transport, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable South African law (including POPIA), you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Workspace owners can manage team user access in Settings. Contact support@adddesigns.co.za.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies and session tokens to keep you signed in and operate the product. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the core app.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
